- Allen Razdow, founder & president - Allen is best known as co-founder of Mathsoft and inventor of Mathcad. He has 30 years in-market track record in senior management roles from R&D to Marketing; and CEO of public and private software companies. Mathsoft delivered desktop calculation and documentation tools to over 3 million engineers, scientists and academics worldwide, enjoyed a successful IPO in 1993, and was acquired by PTC, one of the world’s largest CAD companies in 2006. Mathcad remains one of the longest-running successful PC applications in any market. Razdow’s experience delivering technical innovation directly to engineers and engineering management, led to the concept for truenumbers, addressing broadly felt pain-points encountered in this large and identifiable segment.
- David Blohm, director - co-founded Mathsoft with Razdow in 1985, its CEO until 1994, and then led SmarterKids.Com to an IPO, his 2nd in less than a decade. Dave brings hands-on market experience, company building and operations expertise to our board.
- David Steadman, director - a former Raytheon executive who ran Raytheon Ventures, served on Mathsoft’s board from 2003 to 2006 and has been involved in 3 other ventures with Razdow. A veteran of corporate boards and management from small to very large public firms, David brings deep operational, financial and company-building expertise to True Engineering as well as direct industry expertise.
